How we handle complaints

In case you still feel that your complaint was not properly resolved by our Customer Support Team, you may also submit a complaint directly to our internal Compliance Department by completing this Complaint form or by emailing [email protected]. Our Compliance Team is responsible for reviewing clients’ complaints independently from other departments.
