Uber stock fell about 5% after three of its last four earnings reports, and the one time it rallied, the next-quarter forecast did the work. The next report is on Wednesday, November 4, 2026: Uber releases Q3 2026 results before the US market opens and hosts its conference call at 8:00 a.m. ET (5:00 a.m. PT).
The company confirmed the date in an announcement on October 5. Options were pricing a move of roughly 9% for the week of the report as of October 20, and the stock goes into it near the bottom of its 52-week range.

What time does Uber report earnings?
Results land before the call, so most of the reaction happens in pre-market trading while the call is still running. US clocks go back on Sunday, November 1, which means New York is on standard time (UTC−5) on report day. Calendars set up during daylight time will be an hour off.
| Location | Conference call | NYSE open |
|---|---|---|
| New York (ET) | 8:00 a.m., Nov 4 | 9:30 a.m., Nov 4 |
| UTC | 13:00, Nov 4 | 14:30, Nov 4 |
| South Africa (SAST) | 15:00, Nov 4 | 16:30, Nov 4 |
| Pakistan (PKT) | 18:00, Nov 4 | 19:30, Nov 4 |
| India (IST) | 18:30, Nov 4 | 20:00, Nov 4 |
For traders outside the US this is one of the friendlier slots of the season: the numbers and the first full session both arrive in the afternoon or early evening, not at 2:00 a.m.
Uber earnings calendar: past and upcoming dates
Uber reports early in the second month after a quarter closes, before the open, and in 2026 it has picked a Wednesday every time.
| Quarter | Report date |
|---|---|
| Q3 2025 | Tuesday, November 4, 2025 |
| Q4 2025 | Wednesday, February 4, 2026 |
| Q1 2026 | Wednesday, May 6, 2026 |
| Q2 2026 | Wednesday, August 5, 2026 |
| Q3 2026 | Wednesday, November 4, 2026 (confirmed) |
| Q4 2026 | Expected early February 2027 (not yet announced) |
The pattern points to Wednesday, February 3, 2027 for the Q4 report. Uber announced the November date only a month ahead, so treat any February date on a calendar site as an estimate until the company confirms it.
What’s in an Uber earnings report
Revenue is the headline number on most calendar sites, and it is the one Uber’s stock reacts to least. The report is built around platform activity:
- Gross bookings: the total value of rides, deliveries and freight booked through the apps, before drivers, couriers and restaurants are paid. Q2 2026: $58 billion, up 24% (22% in constant currency). This is the number Uber guides on and the number analysts model first.
- Mobility and Delivery: the two main segments. Mobility bookings were $29 billion in Q2 2026, up 22%; Delivery bookings were $27.5 billion, up 26%.
- Trips and MAPCs: 3.9 billion trips (up 18%) and 208 million monthly active platform consumers (up 16%) in Q2.
- Revenue: $14.2 billion in Q2, up 12%. Revenue is the part of bookings Uber keeps, so it grows at its own pace; in May a revenue miss came with a rally.
- Adjusted EBITDA and non-GAAP EPS: the profit lines Uber guides on. Q2 2026 adjusted EBITDA was $2.8 billion, up 33%, and non-GAAP EPS was $0.81, up 35%.
- Free cash flow: $2.8 billion in Q2, up 13%.
All Q2 figures come from the Q2 2026 earnings release filed with the SEC.
One trap: Uber’s GAAP earnings per share swings with the value of its stakes in other companies. Q2 GAAP EPS was $1.17 thanks to a $1.6 billion pre-tax gain on equity investments; in Q1 a $1.5 billion loss on stakes including Didi and Grab pushed it far below the adjusted figure. Some data sites mix the two, which is how the same quarter can show up as a 40% “beat” on one screen and an in-line print on another. Compare like with like (see GAAP vs non-GAAP), and for a general walk-through of these sections, read the guide on how to read an earnings report.
What to expect from Uber’s Q3 2026 earnings
Company guidance
Uber gives a one-quarter outlook. On August 5 it set these markers for Q3:
| Metric | Q3 2026 guidance | Growth implied |
|---|---|---|
| Gross bookings | $58.25bn to $60.25bn | 18% to 22% in constant currency |
| Non-GAAP EPS | $0.84 to $0.88 | 28% to 35% |
| Adjusted EBITDA | $2.86bn to $2.96bn | not stated |
The outlook assumes a currency headwind of about one percentage point to reported growth. A year earlier, in Q3 2025, Uber booked $49.74 billion and reported $13.47 billion of revenue, according to Zacks via Nasdaq.
Consensus
Analysts sit near the middle of the range. As of October 20, 2026:
| Metric | Q2 2026 actual | Q3 2026 guidance midpoint | Q3 2026 consensus |
|---|---|---|---|
| Non-GAAP EPS | $0.81 | $0.86 | $0.86 (MarketBeat) |
| Revenue | $14.19bn | no guidance | $14.67bn (41 analysts, Yahoo Finance) |
| Gross bookings | $58.0bn | $59.25bn | $59.3bn (Bloomberg average, August) |
Sources: MarketBeat, Yahoo Finance, and the Bloomberg figure as reported by Transport Topics after the August release. Yahoo Finance shows a higher EPS average of $0.90 with a wide $0.79 to $1.13 range, and its earnings-history table mixes in GAAP results, so compare the print against the adjusted $0.86. Consensus moves daily; check it again the night before.
Uber has topped the EPS consensus in seven of its last eight quarters, according to MarketBeat. That record matters less than it looks: the stock still fell after three of the last four reports.
How Uber stock has reacted to earnings
The last four reports share one rule: the forecast for the next quarter set the direction, and the quarter just reported barely registered.
| Report | What the quarter showed | What the outlook showed | Stock reaction |
|---|---|---|---|
| Q3 2025, Nov 4, 2025 | Revenue $13.47bn vs $13.26bn expected; bookings $49.74bn vs $48.95bn | Q4 profit guidance midpoint below estimates | Down about 5% on the day |
| Q4 2025, Feb 4, 2026 | Revenue $14.3bn beat; adjusted EPS $0.71 vs $0.79 expected | Q1 EPS guide of $0.65 to $0.72 seen as soft | Down about 5% (sources differ on which session) |
| Q1 2026, May 6, 2026 | Revenue about $13.2bn, slight miss; adjusted EPS $0.72 vs $0.70; bookings $53.7bn, above guidance | Q2 bookings guide of $56.25bn to $57.75bn ahead of expectations | Up 8% to 10% |
| Q2 2026, Aug 5, 2026 | Bookings $58bn vs $57.23bn; revenue $14.19bn vs $14.24bn; EPS in line | Q3 EPS midpoint two cents below estimates | Down 5.3% at the close |
Sources: Q3 2025 from TIKR and Zacks; Q4 2025 from Zacks via Nasdaq; Q1 2026 from Yahoo Finance and Quartz (the size of the gain varies by source and by the time it was measured); Q2 2026 from SiliconANGLE and OptionSlam.
Look at the size of the guidance misses. In August the EPS midpoint was two cents light, and the bookings midpoint sat a fraction under the $59.3 billion average estimate. That was enough for a 5% drop. With the stock already down sharply this year, the market is not giving Uber the benefit of the doubt on “in line”.
For the November report, OptionSlam showed a weekly implied move of 8.75% (options expiring November 6) as of October 20. That is wider than the 5% moves of the last year, and it is a price, not a forecast: implied volatility usually drops once the number is out, whichever way the stock goes.
What could move UBER stock after earnings
The Q4 outlook
The single most important line in the release. Q4 includes the holiday season for Delivery, so watch the bookings range against roughly 18% to 22% constant-currency growth, the band Uber used for both its Q2 and Q3 guides, and the EPS range against whatever consensus has settled on by November 3. Two cents below the street was a 5% problem in August.
Trips and Brazil
In Q2, trips grew 18% to 3.87 billion, a touch below the 3.9 billion analysts expected. Uber said the slowdown was “entirely attributable to Brazil,” its highest-volume market, where Didi and Meituan have stepped up spending, according to Transport Topics. If Q3 trip growth slips again, expect the Brazil question to dominate the call.
Robotaxis: partner or threat
Autonomous vehicles are why the stock trades where it does. Uber plans to commit more than $10 billion to robotaxi partnerships over the coming years and was targeting deployments in as many as 15 cities by the end of 2026, up from seven at the time of the August report. The other side of the ledger keeps growing:
- Waymo. On July 24 the stock fell nearly 5% after the Financial Times reported that Waymo plans to launch independently in Austin and Atlanta in January 2028, when the current agreement allows. Uber’s Phoenix arrangement with Waymo ended in June 2026, according to the same report. Waymo is an Alphabet unit, so comments on the Alphabet earnings call can move UBER too.
- Tesla. Tesla’s robotaxis already operate without a safety monitor in Austin, Dallas, Houston and Miami, according to The Motley Fool. Tesla robotaxi headlines have weighed on Uber shares this year; see the Tesla earnings page for how that report played out.
- Uber’s own partners. Wayve in London, WeRide in Spain, and up to $1.25 billion committed to Rivian, with an option on as many as 50,000 Rivian robotaxis. Any update on timelines, unit economics or utilisation per vehicle is the detail analysts will push for.
Delivery Hero and the balance sheet
In July, Uber agreed to bid for Delivery Hero at €41.50 per share, an equity value of about $14.8 billion, according to TechCrunch. Uber already owns about a quarter of the company, and its 10-Q says the deal is expected to close in the second half of 2027. On the call, listen for regulatory progress and for any change to the pace of buybacks ($518 million in Q2, per the cash-flow statement) while the deal is pending.
Where UBER stock stands going into the report
Uber traded at about $68.90 on October 20, 2026, against a 52-week range of $65.41 to $100.35, according to StockAnalysis. That puts it about 31% below its high and within 6% of its low. The average 12-month analyst target is $100.86 from 50 analysts, a gap that shows how far the consensus view and the share price have drifted apart over robotaxi risk.
That set-up cuts both ways. A low starting price makes a clean guide easier to reward, as May showed. It also means a soft outlook confirms what sellers already believe, with the 52-week low only about 5% below the current price.
How to prepare for Uber earnings
- Write down the bars before the release. Q3 bookings guidance midpoint ($59.25 billion), EPS consensus (about $0.86), and the Q4 consensus for bookings and EPS. The Q4 numbers matter most, and they are the ones most traders forget to check.
- Read the outlook section first. It is near the top of Uber’s release. A headline beat paired with a guide below consensus has produced a falling stock three times in the last year.
- Size for a gap. Results come out pre-market, so the price can gap past a stop at the 9:30 a.m. ET open. An 8.75% implied move on a position sized for a 2% day is a different risk.
- Stay for the call. It starts 90 minutes before the open. Robotaxi commentary and the Delivery Hero timeline can shift the pre-market price after the release itself has been digested.
- Watch the same week’s peers. Uber reports in a dense stretch of the season. The earnings season guide covers how one report spills into others, and how to trade earnings walks through position approaches around a release.
