Fiserv cut its full-year 2026 adjusted earnings-per-share outlook to $7.20 to $7.40 per share, down from the $8.00–$8.30 range it had reaffirmed as recently as May 5. The change appeared in Fiserv's Q2 2026 results, released Aug. 6.
That $8.00–$8.30 target had stood since Fiserv's Q1 2026 earnings release on May 5, filed with the SEC's EDGAR system. It no longer stands after the Aug. 6 update.
Fiserv also revised its 2026 organic revenue outlook to roughly -1% to 0%, down from the earlier 1%–3% view. The EPS midpoint moved from $8.15 to $7.30, roughly a 10% reduction versus the prior target.
The next quarterly update will be Fiserv's checkpoint for any further guidance changes. Investors will watch whether organic revenue stabilizes within the new range, and whether the $7.20–$7.40 EPS guidance holds through the next update.
