Solana processed a record 112 million non-vote transactions in a single day as tokenized equities on the network crossed $465 million. SOL climbed toward $88 on August 19, though an overbought RSI reading points to a possible short-term pullback.
Solana's network activity just hit a new high. The chain recorded 112 million successful non-vote transactions in a single day, an all-time high, with successful transactions making up the larger share of network usage through August.
Non-vote transactions capture actual activity across applications, transfers, and other on-chain interactions rather than validator voting.
Tokenized equities cross $465 million
Solana is also becoming a base for real-world assets. The circulating supply of tokenized equities on Solana crossed $465 million, a weekly all-time high, after rising from near zero in mid-2025 to well above $400 million this year, with some pullbacks along the way.
If that growth continues, tokenized equities could become an important source of network activity and, over time, support demand for SOL.
SOL nears $88 as Washington sentiment shifts
SOL traded near $88, with much of the move powered by an August 19 surge. The lift followed developments in the long end of the U.S. Treasury market and encouragement from President Donald Trump to advance crypto market structure legislation.
However, the rally has pushed momentum indicators into stretched territory. The MACD was positive, signaling bullish pace. Yet the RSI stood at 77, putting SOL firmly overbought and vulnerable to a short-term pullback.
