Binance will shut down its mining pool and related services at 07:00 UTC on November 10, 2026. Bitcoin miners connected to the pool must move their machines to another pool before then to avoid an interruption. The closure does not mean Binance is shutting down its Bitcoin exchange or spot trading operation.
Bitcoin miners on Binance Pool have a firm deadline. Binance announced on October 13 that its mining pool and a range of related products will stop operating at 07:00 UTC on November 10.
The closure goes beyond the basic block-reward service. Binance is also withdrawing Pool Savings, Cloud Mining, its Transaction Accelerator and several supporting features, including mining pool APIs and hashrate alerts.
Miners therefore need to act. Machines pointed at Binance's mining endpoints must be reconfigured for another pool before the cutoff. After that time, Binance Pool will no longer accept or credit new shares and hashrate submissions.
Users also have housekeeping to do. Binance has asked them to deal with active savings positions and make sure their accounts can receive any outstanding rewards or refunds. Eligible balances will be handled under the relevant product terms and compliance requirements, rather than disappearing automatically at shutdown.
Binance has described the move as part of an ongoing product review. Its closure notice does not establish that a specific hashrate decline caused the decision, so claims about the commercial reason should be treated cautiously.
The announcement does not mean Binance is shutting down its Bitcoin exchange or spot trading operation. It is an exit from one part of the mining pool business, with an immediate operational consequence for miners who still use it.
