Bitcoin exchange-traded funds pulled in $297.56 million on Monday, ending a three-session run of outflows. Blackrock and Fidelity supplied more than 90% of the new money, ether funds added $30.85 million of their own, and altcoin ETFs stayed flat.
Crypto funds snapped their losing streak Monday, and Blackrock and Fidelity did most of the work. The two firms accounted for more than 90% of the day's total, pulling spot bitcoin ETFs back into net inflows after three straight sessions of redemptions the week before.
Blackrock and Fidelity Drive the Rebound
Bitcoin ETFs attracted $297.56 million across four funds, and no product reported an outflow. Blackrock's IBIT led with $160.23 million in new capital. Fidelity's FBTC followed with $111.90 million.
ARK 21Shares' ARKB added $14.18 million. Morgan Stanley's MSBT brought in $11.24 million. Trading value across spot bitcoin ETFs reached $2.12 billion. Combined net assets closed at $77.41 billion.
Institutional Holders Add to the Picture
The rebound arrived alongside fresh disclosures of institutional investor positioning. Quantitative trading firm Jane Street disclosed more than $1 billion in U.S. spot bitcoin ETF holdings as of June 30, with about $828 million invested in Blackrock's IBIT and the rest spread across funds including Fidelity's FBTC and Grayscale's GBTC.
Harvard Management Company held its position steady too. The endowment reported 3,044,612 IBIT shares worth $101.4 million as of June 30, unchanged from the previous quarter after two consecutive quarters of selling.
Ether Follows, Altcoins Stay Quiet
Ether ETFs added $30.85 million across three funds, with no product recording an outflow. Blackrock's ETHA accounted for most of the demand with a $25.90 million addition. Fidelity's FETH attracted $4.27 million. Bitwise's ETHW received about $682,000.
Trading value across ether ETFs reached $459.73 million, with combined net assets closing at $10.59 billion. Solana, XRP and HYPE products, by contrast, recorded zero net creations or redemptions during the session, leaving bitcoin and ether to carry the day's allocation.
