H100 Group has completed its largest Bitcoin purchase to date, acquiring an additional 2,455.37 BTC through the takeover of NSD AS, formerly known as WR Start Up 594 AS. The all-Bitcoin transaction, financed through new share issuance, preserved H100's Bitcoin-per-share ratio while lifting total holdings to 3,506.4 BTC.
H100 is one of many companies that have adopted a Bitcoin reserve strategy in recent years. The NSD AS deal was announced in April and has now been completed. H100 paid approximately $62,900 per Bitcoin for the new coins it added in the transaction. According to the company, the acquisition positions it among the largest European public Bitcoin treasury entities.
According to H100 Group: "Largest M&A transaction in the European Public Bitcoin Equity sector".
H100 announced its first Bitcoin purchase in late May, a modest 4.39 BTC buy, and its board adopted a Bitcoin treasury strategy the following month. The company kept accumulating for roughly six months before announcing another purchase in early February 2026. Its Bitcoin treasury has grown from that initial 4.39 BTC stake to more than 3,506 BTC in the time since.
