Ondo Finance's subsidiary Oasis Pro Markets has become the first tokenization platform to join DTCC's Fund/SERV network, a system that processes more than 85% of US mutual fund transaction activity. The membership gives Oasis Pro a single connection to fund companies, wealth platforms and service providers, without building separate technical integrations for each one.
Oasis Pro Markets, a US-registered broker-dealer that distributes tokenized investment products, joined DTCC's Fund/SERV platform as a member, Ondo Finance announced. The move makes Oasis Pro the first tokenization company inside a network that processes more than 85% of US mutual fund transaction activity.
What Fund/SERV connects Oasis Pro to
Fund/SERV sits at the center of US fund processing. It handles transaction confirmations, reconciliation and distributions, and account information, tax reporting and regulatory reporting also move through the same infrastructure. Membership therefore gives Oasis Pro a common connection to fund companies, wealth platforms and service providers that previously would have required separate integrations.
According to Ondo: "We're excited to be the first tokenization platform to become part of Fund/SERV", said Ondo President Ian De Bode. One standardized connection lets Oasis Pro reach various companies without integrating with each separately, De Bode said.
Built on an October 2025 acquisition
Ondo acquired Oasis Pro Markets in October 2025, giving it a licensed broker-dealer entry point ahead of the DTCC membership. Ondo had also taken part in DTCC tokenization initiatives as early as July 2026, so the new membership follows months of prior collaboration between the two.
Ondo's wider push into tokenized securities
Beyond the DTCC connection, Oasis Pro can mint Ethereum-based tokens backed by securities that regulated custodians hold. Ondo has separately worked on bringing US securities onchain, including tokenized exposure linked to BlackRock's iShares Core S&P 500 ETF and Micron Technology shares. SBI Group also plans to offer Ondo financial products through its own tokenized platform, supporting SBI's JPYSC stablecoin for settlement and collateral.
