Russia will deliver 50 billion cubic meters of natural gas to China in 2026 through the Power of Siberia pipeline and via Kazakhstan, Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak said on Thursday.
Russia's Gazprom and China's CNPC are also holding discussions about a second pipeline project. That project, originally known as Power of Siberia-2, has been renamed Power of Baikal, Novak said.
An intergovernmental commission will take up the Power of Baikal project on Friday, according to Novak.
