Michael Saylor pitched Bitcoin as digital capital to investors at ParaFi Investor Day. His pitch centered on Strategy's STRC preferred stock, and the shift to daily dividends still needs shareholder approval.
Michael Saylor, co-founder of Strategy Inc., presented Bitcoin as "digital capital" to investors at ParaFi Investor Day. He focused on the recovery of Strategy's STRC preferred stock and the move to daily dividends.
Saylor also highlighted Bitcoin's potential to underpin a credit model, built on STRC's dividend structure and buybacks. However, the presentation aimed to place STRC securities within a broader Bitcoin-backed financial strategy, and the transition to daily dividends remains contingent on shareholder approval.
Prediction-market pricing points to confidence in the STRC story. The December 31 contract shows 80.7% support for STRC reaching $100, while the December 1 2026 contract sits at 67% and the November 1 2026 contract at 22.5%.
Markets will now watch for any Strategy announcement on shareholder approval of daily dividends. Any strategic Bitcoin acquisitions by Strategy could also serve as indicators of confidence in the underlying asset.
