US spot Bitcoin ETFs recorded $450.4 million in net outflows on September 15, 2026, the largest daily withdrawal since June 24. Fidelity's FBTC and BlackRock's IBIT led the redemptions as Bitcoin slipped and the CLARITY Act stalled in the Senate.
The 13 U.S.-listed spot Bitcoin ETFs recorded net outflows of $450.4 million on Tuesday, September 15, 2026, according to Farside Investors data. The reading reversed the prior day's gains.
FBTC and IBIT Lead the Retreat
Fidelity's FBTC posted the largest single-fund outflow, shedding $214.8 million on the day. BlackRock's IBIT followed with $161.7 million in net outflows, Farside data show.
The remaining three funds also finished in the red. GBTC lost $44.1 million. ARKB shed $17.4 million, and BITB was down $12.4 million. Still, the fund-level figures show the day's redemptions were concentrated in FBTC and IBIT.
A Reversal From the Prior Session
On September 14, the same group of funds attracted $159.9 million in net inflows, a swing that Tuesday's outflow completely reversed. The September 15 total also marked the largest daily withdrawal since June 24, when the funds lost $469 million.
Bitcoin Slips as the CLARITY Act Stalls
Bitcoin was trading at $75,700, down 2.5% over the previous 24 hours at the time of reporting, Cointelegraph said. The outflows occurred alongside that decline and coincided with the CLARITY Act failing to advance in the U.S. Senate. However, the available data establish only the timing of these developments, not a cause for the outflows.
