XRP rose 1.07% to $1.10 as the broader crypto market recovered, lifting total market value 0.9% to $2.21 trillion. Holding the $1.08 support keeps the $1.13 to $1.15 band in focus, while XRP ETFs reported no net inflows on July 24 and cumulative inflows stayed at $1.49 billion.
XRP climbed 1.07% to $1.10 as the broader crypto market recovered. The crypto market value rose 0.9% to $2.21 trillion, reflecting improved demand across major digital assets. Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana and Dogecoin also progressed, with the XRP move preceded by the broader market recovery.
Stronger equities lift crypto risk appetite
The crypto market rebound followed stronger United States equities as geopolitical tensions were alleviated and earnings sentiment was enhanced. Risk appetite improved in a number of markets, and digital assets rose after facing selling pressure in the recent past.
XRP has also recovered out of the $1.06 to $1.09 price zone where buyers had earlier repelled additional losses. Any move higher than $1.10 will enable XRP to challenge resistance between $1.13 and $1.15, and firmer purchasing pressure would then open the door to $1.24 and $1.28. A fall below $1.08 may however undermine the recovery and reopen the $1.05 level.
CryptoPotato reads the daily chart as still bearish in structure, with XRP trading inside a broader descending channel and the $1.17 to $1.2 supply zone the main challenge for buyers. A breakout above that region could open the path toward resistance around $1.28.
CLARITY Act and Ripple Mint shape the backdrop
The United States CLARITY Act is an imminent regulatory catalyst for XRP and the crypto sector at large, and some large financial institutions have publicly endorsed clearer digital asset rules. The framework, introduced in March 2026 under the SEC and CFTC model, categorised 16 crypto assets as digital commodities. The bill’s timeline is however unclear since legislators are heading towards the Senate recess.
Ripple also launched Ripple Mint on July 23 for institutions using RLUSD. Clients can mint, redeem and manage the stablecoin in a single system, but the launch does not guarantee immediate or direct demand for XRP.
ETF flows stay flat as one whale bets against the move
XRP exchange-traded funds reported no net inflows on July 24. Cumulative inflows remained unchanged at $1.49 billion, with total net assets of 997.25 million — about 1.46% of XRP’s market capitalization. Bitwise led the group with $312.85 million in net assets, and all five listed funds posted daily declines between 1.33% and 1.58%.
Positioning on Hyperliquid points the other way for one trader. U.Today reports a single wallet holding an isolated $13.84 million short with 20x leverage, its liquidation level standing at $1.68 while other large traders on the platform stay net long.
