XRP ETFs hold $1.80 billion in cumulative net inflows, yet active XRP users have fallen from 500,000 to fewer than 100,000. Holding $1.30 could open a recovery toward $1.50 and $1.70, while losing it puts $1.00 in focus.
XRP ETF demand is holding up, but on-chain activity tells a less encouraging story. By October 12, XRP ETFs had reached $1.55 billion in total net assets, according to SoSoValue.
Cumulative net inflows stood at $1.80 billion on the same date. The number of active users fell from an August peak of 500,000 to fewer than 100,000.
ETF demand holds while activity cools
The ETF data suggest interest in XRP-related investment products remains substantial, with total net assets at $1.55 billion. The dashboard data also suggest withdrawals have not been as severe as those seen in BTC ETFs.
However, ETF capital and network participation measure different things. Strong inflows do not automatically mean more people are using the network.
XRP price tests $1.30 support
XRP rallied from $1.00 to $1.70 in August before hitting resistance and retreating toward $1.30. Since then, the $1.30 area has been tested repeatedly.
If that support level continues to hold, the recent price action could be a retest rather than a breakdown. But repeated tests carry risk, and support can weaken when buyers fail to deliver fresh demand.
What a recovery needs
A recovery depends on more than ETF headlines. Rising demand could show up through improving active-user numbers, stronger XRP ETF inflows and a firmer token price.
If $1.30 holds and momentum returns, XRP could revisit $1.50 and $1.70. Lose that support, however, and $1.00 becomes the next downside level to watch.
