Robinhood is taking minority stakes in Crypto.com and its spun-out prediction platform OG.com as part of a multiyear deal. The agreement routes Robinhood's event contracts through OG.com's regulated exchange, expanding a business the company says is now its fastest-growing by revenue.
Robinhood is deepening its push into prediction markets, striking a multiyear deal with Crypto.com and OG.com, the prediction platform Crypto.com recently spun out. Robinhood will begin routing event contracts through OG.com's CFTC-regulated exchange and clearing infrastructure, adding another source of prediction markets alongside Kalshi, ForecastEx, and Robinhood-affiliated Rothera.
As part of the deal, Robinhood will take minority stakes in both Crypto.com and OG.com — an equity stake rather than a full acquisition. OG.com was valued at $5B following Citadel Securities' July investment.
Robinhood cited prediction markets as its fastest-growing product line by revenue. Users traded more than 16 billion event contracts in 2026 by early June.
