Ukraine's Group 13 special operations unit destroyed two Russian S-400 Triumf air-defense launchers and an Orion drone-control antenna in occupied Crimea, Ukrainian military intelligence said. Ukraine's Defense Intelligence (HUR) said its Group 13 special operations unit destroyed two Russian S-400 Triumf air-defense system launchers and an Orion drone-control antenna in temporarily occupied Crimea. Officers used Magura multi-purpose maritime platforms carrying FPV drones to attack the enemy's high-value targets. Group 13 fully planned and carried out the operation, which took place in early August 2026.
Russia's estimated losses from the strike, Ukraine's Defense Intelligence said, "could reach tens of millions of dollars."
Separately, Ukraine's Unmanned Systems Forces struck three anti-aircraft missile systems and two radar stations on Russian territory, along with three vessels of Russia's shadow fleet in the Black Sea, on the night of August 9, according to Ukrinform.
