Roundhill and Listed Funds Trust pushed back two XRP ETF launch dates to October 11, 2026. The token traded near $1.37, and its funds recorded zero daily inflows. XRP consolidates between $1.30 and $1.40 support and resistance as the delays and stalled money flows play out.

XRP traded near $1.37 as Bitcoin hovered around $77,321 and Ethereum held near $2,536.

The CLARITY Act continued to be a top priority because it has the potential to establish a federal framework for oversight of digital assets. The uncertainty about the operating rules has been extended for exchanges, issuers and institutional investors. Lawmakers face pressure to advance the measure, though political disagreements continue slowing its progress.

Roundhill and Teucrium ETFs pushed to October 11

Roundhill delayed the effective date of its XRP Covered Call ETF to October 11, 2026. The fund would combine XRP-based exposure with an options strategy designed to produce income. Covered-call products typically trade a portion of upside potential against recurring premiums, which attracts income-oriented traders.

Listed Funds Trust postponed the Teucrium 2x Short Daily XRP ETF to the same date. That fund is a leveraged inverse product that lets traders target declines in XRP's daily performance, contrasting with the income strategy Roundhill is offering.

The filings point to Wall Street building differentiated strategies around XRP rather than only offering direct exposure. However, delayed effective dates are not necessarily a sign of rejection — both products remain under regulatory review, and investors are awaiting disclosures before the October launch window.

XRP ETFs hold $1.45 billion despite zero daily inflows

According to SoSoValue data, XRP exchange-traded funds recorded no net inflows on September 11. Total net assets stood at $1.45 billion, 1.70% of XRP's market capitalization.

Daily trading volume across the funds came to $36 million, while historical net inflows totaled $1.70 billion. Bitwise held the largest assets at $499.49 million, followed by Franklin and Canary, whose funds held $377.38 million and $336.51 million respectively when trading ended.

Bullish MACD momentum builds below $1.40 resistance

XRP traded at $1.37 on the four-hour chart, remaining below the immediate $1.40 resistance. Price action stayed within the narrow range of $1.30 support and $1.40 resistance as the market remained uncertain.

The MACD histogram rose to 0.0024, and the MACD line crossed above its signal line, though both lines stayed below zero, signaling that bearish momentum was not completely reversed. The RSI rebounded to 48.12, placing XRP in the neutral range and pointing to further consolidation.

A confirmed close above $1.40 may open a recovery toward the stronger $1.50 resistance, and clearing $1.50 could lead to $1.60 if volume and momentum increase. A rejection near $1.40, however, may send XRP back to $1.30, and a breakdown could reveal $1.20.
